Andrew Koester is an experienced Illinois attorney with significant experience in both criminal and civil matters. Andrew served as Assistant State’s Attorney in Clay County from 2016-2019 and served as State’s Attorney in Clay County from 2019-2022. He has taken cases to verdict in both jury and bench trials as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He has routinely handled DUIs, first-degree murder cases, Class X felony cases, and other high level and low level criminal cases as a prosecutor and defense attorney.
